When your Venus is in Taurus, your needs in love are largely determined by the pleasing of your senses. The first of the earth signs, Taurus is very physical. Satisfaction is important to you, and your lover's physical presence is demanded. Unless Venus is strongly aspected to Neptune, for example, you are very much concerned with all that is physical, often completely ignoring the spiritual needs of your partner and relationship.
